one of my plants isnt really budding anymore

Ok I've got 6 plants under two 250 watt hps lights currently on 12/12 for 4 weeks. I'm using fox farm big bloom fertilizer.


My problem is that the first plant of the bunch to show its sex after going 12/12 is now kinda stunted. Its growing vigorously lengthwise but not really developing its buds. Its just been stuck with a few pistils coming out of each node. All the other plants of the bunch which showed sex later on are developing nice buds, they look to be weeks ahead. They're all the same strain, Big Bud (which in my opinion sucks and ill never grow it again, but thats a whole different issue).

any advice on what might be the problem here? im hoping its just a different pheno and it will turn out fine, but im a bit worried.

yea just wait it out I guess..........don't really know what to tell ya, maybe it could be getting too much N or there is a light leak in the room on that 1 plant? Sorry bro that's all I can come up with.
