One Of My Plants Is Stunted..REAL bad at 1 month 2 weeks

How much light do you have? Sounds like you have grown out of space. The one that is the smallest is the weakest. Its survival of the fittest you see going on. How big is your pot with all the plants in it? You could be making a mistake by overcrowding the roots and ability to reach food. You might want to consider putting each plant in its own pot, nothing really wrong with being in the same pot, as long as it is big enough.
