i just purchased one and i wanted to know if it would be good for my haze plant which has already been growing for about a monthkiss-ass

nah you need more than just a panel. like 6 cfls and 2 panels would probably suit what you are trying to do. read more on faqs they will be the best option one day but not yet unless you buy a ufo led light

These cheap Chinese made panels are darn near worthless for budding based on personal experience. Even CFL will do better than these 5mm LED arrays.

CFL = Compact Flourescent. lke the energy saving lightbulbs. but get higher wattage ones.

there's plenty of info in the indoor growing section under CFL Growing.
