OMMP trading plants for lights is legal right?

Just checking. I have twice the plants I need this time around for my meager closet setup and was wondering about the legality of a craigslist ad I noticed where someone else wants to trade plants for lights.

Rather than just kill off my surplus plants that would be sweet... But are the risks worth it even if it's just that some stranger could know my license plate number or whatever?

What value would some top quality youngsters have? Not clones but actual rooted plants over 1' tall?

personally i would take them haha but id imagine if you both have cards why couldnt you? just make sure you dont sell it to someone without a card then they get fucked and say something about you
