Wow did anybody catch it? Usually I don't care too much about the Olympic Events but that opening ceremony alone was astonishing... Did anybody else catch Yao ming speech? It was touching and heartwarming, I almost cried..

one of the most amazing spectacles i have ever seen..my wife and i watched blazed with our jaws dropped .. wow...political issues aside.kudos china best opening ceromonies i have ever seen...atlanta being the worst..

Man those Chinese took it to a whole nother level.... It had that military overtone feeling though, towards the end when they had the president of China giving that speech...

yeah, definitely unreal. i woke up from a little nap with fireworks shooting off on my new tv. the whole room was lit up

Yeah it was amazing..they did invent fireworks...... sadly an American tourist was stabbed to death today and his wife wounded.....

yeah the light up bright green unitards were chezey as hell but still they pulled it off. and i was blazed when it came on i didnt make it thru the parade of nations passed out right after us..
