i'm gonna be in colorado for a few days, and would like to try some of the new-fangled extracts.

i used to smoke hash back in the 70's and 80's but i understand that kind isn't available any more.

so what would you advise for an easy to use extract that doesn't require expensive gear or a focking blow torch? i have a pretty high tolerance.

that's mesa county. not sure what's out that way. i'd double check if they allow recreational sales. not all counties do.

either way, stock up in denver. will be cheaper and more options

check out westword.com for denver info

you can drip oil on a bowl, you stripe a marlboro, you can heat it up and eat it, you could poke a hot nail into it and inhale the vapors,
you could heat it up on a piece of foil and inhale the vapors(like you used to do maybe?) and yes, lebanese style hashish is always available

car cigarette lighter perfectly helps
Hee, hee, hee, old voice of experience.....

Old school around here included a hot knife.........

I carry about a 4" length of 1/4" Borosilicate tubing in my medicine kit, which when heated with cigar lighter acts like a Nectar Collector.

Before I switched to vaporizing, I diluted the oil slightly with ethanol and smeared it on the inside of a paper, then spread it around with the inside of a second paper, and then rolled them both.

We did that with the "hash oil" of the late 60's. Made for a sticky but delicious joint;)

They still make old school pressed hash dude. It's in the dispensaries just have to hunt it down. Ask for pressed hash. Peace

I know the old black hash youre likely thinking of... its still made a different way. With ice water.

But the same process can get you a much purer hash. They call it bubble hash. No green matter to turn it black... pretty much the same thing just less inclusions.

Shatter is just honey oil without the ether. Its all much cleaner and purer now.

Just go easy at first...lol

Have fun with blow torches and red hot pieces of metal.

As for old school hash simple, take herb and sift, process kief and voiala ;)

But hey if you want to try without being a welder just improvise, top a bowl with some wax or just a cashed bowl with ash in it hit the wax pure like that. It will drain your wallet faster then a crackhead on saturday night....
