old popcorn jars

hey i have some jars that have popcorn ready to be mixed into a bulk substrate but the think is that the jars are over a month old since they were fully covered in mycelia. are they still good to colonize a coco/verm cake? i just need one cake and it to fruit so i can make a slurry clone and keep going. i was put on hold for a while and saved a couple jars.

As long as they aint contaminated. Why not? Unless they're already pinning then...
