looks a bit over watered or maybe a tiny ph problem but looks like so nice buds forming 
and the white stuff on the leaves is from misting them. you use nutes to foliar feed huh? mist em with clean water to get rid of the white stuff on the leaves but overall it looks good n healthy

do you spray water on the leaves? foliar feeding is spraying water on the leaves. do you use any nutrients in the water you use? like a formula or powder you mix with the water

you need nutes all the stuff in the soil will be gone by like week 2-3 depending on what soil you get
then you need to feed it nutes

yea getting nutes would b a good idea, but it has gotten along pretty good so far lol but if you get a spray bottle and mist all the leaves pretty good it should take care of that white build up on em, or you could probly just rub it off with ur finger if ur careful haha but the plant looks healthy and the buds look to b developing good. is it indoor or outdoor?
