I really didn't care when I heard 19 didn't pass. I mean I was bumed but the "squaw that stroked the camels sack" was when I heard about our new attorney general was cooley. That bastard is seriously the T1000 from terminator. He will be bad news for years to come. I don't know about California any more.....I love this place but what the hell is going on with everyone? We were the leaders of America we showed the way. Sure were fucked now, unemployment is through the roof, school systems are a joke, economy is almost dead (remember the last 2 years?) But what state isn't? Tonight set California back 20 years.

The attorney general can not change any law that the courts have alredy voted on. So I dont understand why dispensaries will be in any trouble, his guide lines most stay within california law.

He can and will reinterpret the AG's guild lines. According to Cooley there is nothing in prop 215 that makes it legal to exchange money for medicine. I'm not talking about "profits", he thinks non-profit collectives are fronts for drug dealers.

Nice..... ok so their is a custom followed by attorney generals to argue at least one case before supreme court during their term ment to urge the justices to reinstate or over turn law. That means when you get caught growing and you will get caught growing that their will be no defense for you so your bar, house anything you have financed will be confiscateed. You have to play by their rules and as of right now medically is the only defense that stands in court.
