Ok twisting leaves can't pin point problem help

Ok I have 2 auto blue pyramid a white widow which are fine but I have 2 kalashnikova which has started to twist at the top my temps are 25 roughly and sometimes gets down to 21 I have a 300w dual spec Eco grow bulb I have my light quite high yet there still seems to be like heat issues or radiant heat issues please help I am stuck and I don't know what to do

Its the spectrum bro my indicas start to curl when the kelvin rating is offset, too much heavy blue they twistt try chaging to a 300 watt eye hortilux has best colour sppecc of any hps and still has blue

I can see that could b it as the one that is the worst is the one most under the white will try changing to hps but my tent might get to hot will it b ok if I keep it under this light?
