Ok Super Newb questions. Cannot find these answers here but then agian I am a newb.

I want to grow 2-3 small plants. Something very small since I still live at home. I try to read these threads but cannot understand 90% of the terms

3 quick simple questions.

1) Could I just use a small wood box and let it sit open during the night and closed with lights on during the day?

2) How long does it take for a plant to grow? How much would you get off two small plants?

3) I read the newbie thread but that is even too advanced for me, any tips on understanding stuff like the soil/water mixture?

I really appreciate it!!

wut is the size of the box

you can start buddin you plants at a mounth and a half to 2 mounths youll probily get a eighth a plant if you do that

make sure you dont overwater only water when top of soil is dry crusty looking

Box is 24 in. Wide 36in tall and 24 in deep.

youll have to start budding when there like a foot tall and you should be good

Havent even started yet my friend. A foot tall plants gives an 1/8th every 2 months?

when you say you live at home you mean with your parents? if so growing will only get you in trouble. there is no way to fully conceal a grow from your parents. its just not going to happen. if you dont stay with them or you still insist on trying you have to do some research. check out the growfaq section at the top of the page. the majority of the info you need to start is there.

I am an adult but dont wanna piss my parents off ya know, i dont have to completely hide it but i cant just have weed growing out the window, ya know?

fisrt go to the store get 2 100w flourecent lights and a timer keep lights 2in from the top of the plants put the timer so that its 18 hours on and 6 off until its a foot tall then put the timer so that the light is 12 hours on 12 off all together itll take 3 to 4 months cut and dry the bud when 75% of the hairs are brown

its really small you probily wont but i forgot to tell you when its on 12 12 you cant interupt its dark period at all!! very important
but it would be good to put a comp fan at the bottom of the box bloin air in and one at the top taking air out

One more, about the soil, what should i do with that? i heard some ppl use rocks or soemthing, what would you suggest?

for the way your going to be doin it you dont need rocks just get sum soil i would recomend fox farms totaly worth the money or you can just buy miricale gro soil or sumthin up to you..........you can actually use those red party cups the plastic ones just take a scwer driver burn the tip and put draine holes dont use furtilizer or nurtients for the first month easy way to kill the plant hope this helps
