That looks like one happy plant. I don't get what cone you're referring to... maybe if you edit a pic in paint to craw a circle so we can see what you mean, or just describe where the cone shaped thing is.

Yeah craw a dircle around the point your referring too and hopefully we can give you an answer. I think its just new growth though.

if your referring to that little knub, in the first pic, at the joint of the node ? doesnt look like much, keep a close eye on it though. Looks to me like your burning your plant, heat from those spot lights is no good. are they on any specific light schedule, could be early signs of male or hermie, but I doubt it.
Ive seen node knuckles that looked more like moose knuckles .. haha moose knuckles

its 4 weeks old lights had be on for the past 2 weeks 24/24 and i am starting today flowering stage and going on 12/12... thats an nute burn and i flushed it before repotting so its getting well... as far as ferts i am starting from tomorrow...(if anyone is wondering)

Im not sure what that is..... Looks like a pre-flower of some sort but it's probaly just new growth. Keep an eye on it.
