OK now I need some guidance, SOG or SCROG for a small area?

Hi All,
my space is for a small continuos project, it is all coming together nicely.
the space is painted white and the floor is tiled.

I am debating adding Mylar, I already have a roll.

I added two 15 amp breakers to my panel.
Each breaker is wired to a 4 gang outlet, so 8 outlets on 2 new breakers solely for the project space.

Thru the Grace of Friends I will be getting a rooted cutting of a plant called "Industrial" in a 2"x2" rockwool cube.

I am Newbie and I want to grow using the best method possible.
I am not sure what the best method is but I think I want to use DWC for the Mom and Ebb n Flow for each grow space.

my equipment is as follows;
I have a 400 HID for Veg
I have a 600 HPS for flower.
I have 4 1'x2' T5 fixtures
I can fit about 10-15 1 gallon pots in my Flower space.
I can fit about 15-20 1 gallon pots, Veg Area.
I have a separate area to run a 1'x2' T5 fixture for a clone tray/ hood.

I plan on keeping the Mom in the Veg space.

I am exhausting both areas with a 6" inline fan rated 400 cfm thru both light hoods and up into an attic space.
I am using a 4" inline fan rated 160 cfms to bring fresh air to the space, the air will be drawn from my Air conditioned living space.
I have a few small fans to circulate air in the grow areas.

I have height limitations of 56 " to the ceiling so my plants need to stay on the floor, if they were in a tray I could pitch the tray slightly but I can't plumb through the bottom of the tray to use gravity to return water to a reservoir below the tray, it would sit to high.

My 2 reservoirs will need to be about 5 feet from my trays, to be in a cooler corner of my space.

I assume I need two pumps for each ebb n flow system, 1 to flood and 1 to drain, since the equipment will be at the same level and I have no ability to use gravity as a return.

any Advice will be much appreciated!
peace,
DZ
