in some states there are loopholes in the law. in florida its kinda crazy it was legal to possess them under 1 wet lb untill they changed it about 1998 when they realized a lawyer or two found the loophole. now u get in trouble for having them. they are illegal becuase they are a psychodelic hallucinagen. ive had acid that was weaker than mushroooms

Well whoever told you shrooms were stronger is fucking retarded. I'd take a handful of shrooms before I took 2 drops of acid. There in all honesty completely different highs and experiences. Comparing them is almost pointless.
And shrooms aren't legal because they have a severe effect on motor skills and concentration. And dumb people on shrooms like to drive. Plus its just another thing we enjoy that they can keep from us.

Shrooms are illegal cause the majority of the world population just couldnt handle that sorta mind expansion. Legal or not im from ireland, all we needs, autum, some rain, and a field, thousands of shrooms everyyyyyyywere and all for freeeeeeeee!
