Ok i got my light now which nutrients

I have picked out this light
High Tech Garden Supply
anyone have an opinion on it? good bad shoulda just got the already assembled one?
anyways i'm confident enough that i can put it together and what i have seen on the forum this site is quite reputable
now which nutrients are the best - i guess preferably from this website or does anyone have anymore options on that

i use fox farm nutes...i think they work pretty good so far
