No, first allegations are made, then they decide if you are to be charged, Grand Jury type thing.

If you are arrested you get booked with a charge. No charges just allegations.

Trump’s lawyers argue that sales "puffery" doesn’t amount to racketeering in an attempt to end one of two class-action lawsuits by former Trump University enrollees who claim they were cheated with false promises into paying as much as $35,000 for real-estate seminars and workshops.

U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel said at the start of Friday’s hearing that his tentative ruling is to reject Trump’s request and let the case go forward. Curiel said he will issue a final ruling later. He’s set a Nov. 28 start date for the other trial.

i haven't really heard of a firm date UB. but the victim is supposed to have a witness to back up her story.

No not Judge Judy, it`s from being arrested more than a dozen times. So sum it up. A Judge told us he is gonna. Has he gone before the Grand Jury or has he been formerly charged and or arrested ?

Class action lawsuit ???? Don`t liken that to being charged. Until he`s in front of a Grand Jury or being booked, his freedom is not on the line.
