when i used to live there back in '98 you could have up to 99g and only get a $125 ticket and show up for court! not sure what it is now though. i think its basically the same except they'll suspend you license or some shit like that.

This is true... I was in court today. Mandatory 6 month license and a fine... for anything below 100 grams. Wish they would just legalize it already
 
The paraphernalia charge would be worse than the actual marijuana charge.. lol

AND ITS A CHOCOBO!! Fuck.. now I wanna play FF.. thanx! lol..
 
OHIO = decriminalized, it's a $100 fine the first time ur caught w/ pot and.. the second time... well you prolly just shouldn't be smoking pot cuz apparently ur stoned even when sober. I love ohio really only for that reason, i don't live there nemore but i felt so safe back there. We're trying to get the same law passed where i live now. Only 11,000 more signatures on the petition and it'll be put in the ballot! woo!
 
yeah i think the laws here are pretty easy. i live in cincinnati and the cops pretty much only care about pot.. more about the harder shit.
 
you dont have to twist my arm bro. im in the best place ever, blowin smoke thats killin ohio's schwagg! once you get tired of that dirty ass river and those lame ass bars and clubs anybody in their right mind with any common sense and some money would leave that dump! but if your happy there then that says it all!
