Oh No!! The seedling came out of the medium!!

I was just going through my checklist of things to do in the grow room and I got to watering the plants. Well... The plants are currently seedlings, only 3-4 days of life. As I began to water my babies, First one down, next one, oh crap for some reason when I water the second Apollo 11, I guess the water forced the plant up and out of the medium and fell over exposing the root. I quickly and carefully placed the young seedling back in the Canna Coco and carefully covered the root and padded it down. Is my Apollo 11 going to be okay??? Will something like this stunt its growth?? What should I do to make sure it doesnt happen again?? Why did it happen?? Please any help???

Dont use so much water?

You should be fine it has happened to me before and the plant was fine. Just make sure to water more careful and slow next time.

I hope so cause that was unexpected and scary. Just before I had started going through my check list I had finished smoking a new strain that came through the hood so I was alittle dazed but nothing to bad. However I was keeping a watch on how much water I was giving the plant just a little splashed and knocked it over. I always try to move the top soil around with my finger tips just a tad before I water them, would that have anything to do with it happening???
