I just pruned back all the cabbage on my mothers. i overwatered them shortly before i did this and moisture locked them i believe. So i thought I would be cool and hit them with a heavy dose of fert. I think I synged a few of the little leaves but the newest growth looks ok. i had to take off a few of the larger branches and a bit of the middle to thin them out enough.
Whatcha think?
Are they just in a little shock?
Im looking for feed back
thanks

From the looks of it, that bottom growth isnt getting much light. Those leaves will naturally drop over time because they are not producing enough energy to justify their existence. Other than that, they look pretty healthy! Give em a few days!

Yeah, they were real bad and i didnt want to buthcher them to much. i had to do something tho. I thinned em quite a bit. hoping the lower would get mor light, cause thats where you get the best clones.

Wait a few days if you're worried about stunting it. After that you should be alright. Just remember to clone from the bottom of the plant, not the top.

Yeah i tried to get the light to the bottom of the plant better, by cutting much of the center out.
I wonder if the bottom will get healthier soon. i think it has been shaded for so long (4-6weeks) that it maybe in some sort of shock from the light it has been getting all the sudden.

Why did you remove from the middle and not the bottom? That doesn't make much sense. You should cut the ones on the bottom so the remaining branches get more of the flowering chemical. Also, the buds the bottom branches produce are usually garbage. have you read about Supercropping or SCROGing?

Hes not trying to flower these, they're his mothers aka clone producers. I believe he chopped the middle so the lower more desirable for cloning branches would get some light and grow so he could take cuttings.

In my high opinion you can take clones whenever man. As soon as those branches are long enough to chop off, clone em up!

Yeah i want to get the hormones from the lower branches. At least thats what i was told.
I am trying to get babies for outdoors and then babies for my next indoor run. I have to time them right cause I just cut babies approx. 6 weeks ago for this run and there isnt as much as there was. I just flipped this run to flower, so i have to figure out how to pull 100 babies in the nesx 8-10weeks. You know what i mean. so i think i am gonna have to pull my outdoors soon, so that i have plenty of time for my new healthy indoor babies in about 8 weeks.
whatcha think. Should I just massacre one and not the other?
Maybe like 30 from one and 10 from another?
i plan on pulling 40 for outdoor

Don't massacre anything. That would be like selling your cow to buy a glass of milk.

Start taking clones and forget the top/bottom bullshit. If you need that many, you will be using all the available cuts, from the top and the bottom.

Give the moms a couple of weeks to recover and do it all again.

Quit overthinking it and start cloning.

Yea man, any branch long enough to clone, clone it. You can always turn one of the clones into a mom if you do decide to chop the shit out of it.
