OG Kush strain question

I am looking for the best OG Kush seed out there or something that will give me solid results. I was interested in the RP OG #18 until today, I walked out and both of my Chocolopes had huge balls and im just not sold on DNA/RP now from reviews of hermy problems (grow exp, no stress, light leak impossible). Main reason i was going to choose them was for the lower prices compared to DRGT and Cali Connection (lower seeds per pack).

I am feeling that if I am wanting to get some a good type I need to go with DRGT or one of the few types off Cali Connection. Any ideas on which is the best bet or will #18 turn out to not hermy like my chocolopes had?
 
og#18 looks very nice. supposed to be more sour kushy then reg. og. with higher yields too... but ive never grown og18 im just going off what i hear and what the seed company says
 
Yeah it looks super nice, I just dont want to invest in RP seeds again after reading issues of theirs and these chocs goin bad. There are just more breeders out there with the same product. Maybe just bad luck this time?
 
I dunno man I've grown out three OG#18 x Skunk's and all three ended up beautifully with no balls or banana's anywhere. I'd definitely order a seed or two of the RP OG#18 if I were you, even if you might be slightly discouraged from your recent DNA/RP experience. Shit happens...try and avoid those strains that have been reported to hermie or whatnot but I'd still say that DNA & RP are some pretty damn good breeders. You should also look into KUSHAGE and Burmese Kush by TH Seeds.
 
yeah, i can't wait to get my 18's in the ground... they cost so damn much, i think i'm just gonna do it one at a time and run straight clones from it... it'll take longer, but i'm hoping it will pay off in the long run...
 
The o.g. 18 i got from the tude did not germ im looking forward to trying the cataract kush and the headband the breeders pic looks sick.
 
cataract kush looked so good...i want violator kush badly next time...barney's has insanely high levels of thc though, i have pineapple chunk seeds ive gotta germ yet

i got 18 and headband during june promo (and 2 sets of promos)
this is first i heard of germ problem

anyone els out there same prob cause i have not gotten to mine yet
