I've got an example too, the local pigs here busted my nephew due to odor. They cuffed him and placed him in his own front yard in his fucking underwear, they then flashbanged him and said it was standard procedure, it didn't make the police report. FUCK THE PIGS!

Don't fucking go calling the cops when YOU need them then cause FUCK THE POLICE, right?

You'll be singing a different tune if they help your sorry ass some day.
I don't call the police... nor will I. Police don't save people usually... they usually fuck with people... or they come around after the fact and fill out a report. I feel fine saying "FUCK THE POLICE"

yah, i agree.. i wouldn't call a cop even if i was just shot.. i'd drag my bloody ass into a car and drive myself to the hospital.. calling the popo never makes shit better ime..
a buddy of mine was going through some shit years ago, was threatening to kill himself with a knife and shit so his moms called 911.. my buddy ended up getting arrested for making terroristic threats and possession of a weapon, the knife.. just what he needed at the time when he was obviously already having issues in life ...

Thugs all share the same mentality, uniform or not.
and from what I've seen you won't see many thugs frequent this forum. but look at the amount that have been fucked with or know someone personally that has been fucked with by the police.

When was young and naive and thought police were decent people, I went to Daytona Beach for Spring Break with my frat bros... On our last night there, we had just left our hotel to head out for some partying. I was 100% sober... and we were walking down the sidewalk. This dude across the street in a hotel parking lot started beating the fuck out of a car with a pair of num chucks... naturally we stop to watch the show. This cop pulls up and parks his car by our group. I helpfully say "Right over there is the situation your looking for officer." He says, "Move it along Bozo... you and your friends beat it." I say, "We are just standing on this public sidewalk officer, are we breaking some sort of law?" He says, "I told you to get lost." I said, "We aren't bothering anybody."
He says "Let's see some ID." At this point I realize he is choosing to fuck with me rather than go over and possibly get his ass beat by Bruce Lee... I say "Listen sir, I apologize, we'll move along now." and then I make the mistake of patting his shoulder in a friendly... "It's all good" gesture. He stands there and thinks about it for about 20 seconds and says... "You just touched me. That is assaulting an officer... a felony in the state of Florida." He then hauls me to a patty wagon to be taken off to jail... he lied on the report and said that "I caused him bodily harm"... I spent the night in jail in a cell with some hardcore volent criminals. Was released the next day after facing the judge and pleading no contest to a reduced charge of "Public Nuisance" after my frat bros explained the situation to the Prosecutor.
FUCK THE POLICE.

Some LEOs are drawn to the profession on a power trip (ie Thugs). Others, many whom have given their lives, and others whom risk their lives on a daily basis, are drawn to help others. Because a few priests fuck children ...

I believe it was posted earlier in the thread, but this inevitably comes up in any discussion about corrupt cops. Not all cops are corrupt scumbags bent on fucking with people for little or no reason, but there are enough of them to give the good ones a bad reputation. The fact the good ones don't stand up and demand accountability makes them just as guilty as the perpetrators themselves. The blue code of silence is very real in law enforcement agencies and it has done a fantastic job of deteriorating whatever little trust the police ever had.

Similar to gangsters in south central LA, I'm sure not all of them are scumbags who sell drugs, some of them probably have families, a wife and kids just like we do, but there are enough of them who commit drive by's and rob places for you to not call one of these guys to babysit.

I'm sorry guys, I hope no one has taken offence to my previous comments on this thread ...

I had chose to address this thread concerned about srh88's earlier comments. Although, I cannot be sure which RIU member his hate was aimed at, I worry that he is referring to the decade I had spent serving this country as a Military Police Officer. I had shared some of my LEO experience as such in an earlier unrelated thread with fellow RIU members.

That said, I ask that you judge me on the content of my character rather than a uniform I once wore.

Thank you for listening,
Tom

Pretty sure it wasn't you. One of our mods was an officer but is retired. I'm reasonably sure srh means that person. RIU is a diverse community and imo you'll find some solid people online here. cn
