Odd shaped leaves and nute issues

Hello all,

Well I am 1.5 months into some new clones and I have never had such bad issues. It has been a year since my last grow so I was a little rusty this time around. I think the root of my issues was using water too acidic (6.5ish) and not enough nutes- I figured there were more nutes in the new soil. My leaves were extremely deformed to the point where it looked like I was growing spinach, just pure solid leaves.

I am posting because I sorted out the nute and PH issue 2-3 weeks ago and they are still looking terrible. I am worried that these are stressed to a point that they could change sex- I am also worried that I am still in a lockout. I have not really flushed them.

Strain: OG Kush and 89 Bubba Kush
Light: 250W HPS 18/6 (zero light leak)
3 gal pots with FF Ocean forest soil
Nutes: Roots organic Bubba Grow- 14ML per nute feeding (usually half gallon between both plants). I use notes every other watering. Should I be doubling the strength?
Water: 6.8PH- Watering every 3-4 days usually. I wait until they are super light but they still look overwatered.
Temp: High 78/Low 63
Humidity: High 62/Low 30
Ventilation: Fans always running when lights are on- closet grow with door opened

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

No idea how to save those. They look like they need food badly, nitrogen. I doubt theyll herm on you. Id say double the feed at least and add calmag to the food schedule and hope for the best.

Ph seems off. 6.5 on the water is not bad at all. ocean forest should have enough food for a bit without adding any ferts. Try flushing at least 1 plant and seeing if it helps. Cal/mag issues can look like this too and interfere with nitrogen uptake, and if you're adding more ferts it would compound the problem. I would flush then plain water with some cal/mag that has a little nitrogen.
