odd LEO behavior?

A pair of LEOS were tooling around my friends neighborhood for a good portion of the day a couple days ago. He's got a very small stealth op in his home; and very nervous because of this. At one point they were parked right in front of his home, this is when I got the panic call from him.

I told him to chill out, if they knew they wouldn't be sitting in front; they'd be breaking the door down (or pounding on it at least). Would you agree? I don't think they would do survelliance in marked squad cars either, I told him. Would you agree?

I proceeded to question who he'd opened his mouth to, he said NOBODY and I trust him on this. The same goes for me, not a soul knows.

I'm looking for some advice on course of action. We're only talking about a 3 plant LST with 1 month veg and 2 wks flower so far; NOTHING to loose in comparison to LEO trouble. Hack them or what?

Peace!

Have they been back? Does he monitor police radio? Arrest logs in the local paper? My philosophy is that it's best to keep your "enemies" close to you. However, I don't necessarily see LEO as my "enemy", just people doing a job. Some are assholes, but you get the asshole factor EVERYWHERE (however, most other assholes don't get to legally carry guns & cuffs).

Knowledge is power, my friend. Find out what's going on in the neighborhood and with the local force. I'm sure there are others who'll say to yank them all now, but that may be jumping the gun.

I live on the dividing line between the oldest rich part of where i live, and the steaight cental american barrio. I get cops parking in front of my house just to hang out or fill out paperwork.I just put on my bill cosby sweater, my glasses, and take my toddler outside to play. Cops here don't care about WASPS.

His neighborhood is pretty decent, suburb/country'ish; I suspect they are not around that often, especially with this kind of close-proximity.

Do you think they'd to a K9 walk up and down the sidewalks? With such a small stealth op, I wonder if they'd even detect anything. He does smoke daily tho.

Thanks for the replies, looking forward to more opinions.

I really couldn't say. If he can afford it, I think he might want to consider buying a scanner and keeping his ears open. Also, a lot of local papers or PDs post arrest logs, so for all you guys know something went down in the neighborhood that has nothing to do with him (I think it's more likely than not that is the case).

I dont think you or your friend has any thing to worry about its to much money to go under cover for a little bit of personal , If they knew there was a grow they would just go in take your plants and bin them and slap your wrists

Keep it going bro :joint::hump:

I would. And even if they did break the door down, tell him to demand the warrant before they set foot inside (hell even on on the property). They cannot, by law enter until the "suspect" has read it and understood it. Those fuckers like to freak people out until they slip up or buckle from intimidation. Stay strong, know your rights and NEVER FUCKING SUCCUMB TO THESE PRICKS!!!...feel free to PM me for more advice and coaching on how to deal with these pricks. :)

What do you do about a "no-knock" warrant. Or when the task force kicks in your door at 6 in the morning?

Hhmm... well, after having seen my husband "in action", and knowing him the way I do, I'd have to say that he would put up one HELL of a fuss, to say the least. ;)

A No Knock Warrant does not mean that "if you ask" they do not have to show you the warrant on the spot,infact if asked the police must stop searching the home until you've read the warrant,this does not include making the standard security sweep,nothing will stop the security sweep.
