Odd leaf cupping

hey guys, I just started noticing that two of my leaves are cupping/ concaving. I’ve tried to look through all the threads I could, but I didn’t find one that looked enough like mine to feel like I know what is up. I don’t think it quite looks like taco-ing, but I’m new so please give input. My ppm is at 350 ish and I am on a feeding routine of every 2-3 days or so (when the coco dries). My ph has been fluctuating and I’m hitting a range from 5.7-6.4 (I did not intend this, I’ve just recently heard it can be effective ). This is pretty much the only plant I’m noticing this on, I have a relatively new plant sprouting next to it and its leaves are somewhat cupped but I’m not sure. Here are the pics of the one plant. They are cupping both up and down.

Probably too dry. They're drooping not cupping. How dry do you let your coco get?

It gets to the point at which some tiny spots on top are dry and the coco/perlite is relatively moist half an inch down to an inch. I’ve been regretting a previous step that I took. That being, I put them in jiffy soil pods. I’ve taken most out in a gentle fashion and just left them in the coco. I felt like the soil pods were retaining a lot of moisture and werent completely allowing me to gauge what moisture the roots were at.

My method for watering small plants is to dip the whole pot in my fertilizer solution.
Pots that dry slowly or are having difficulties I only dip the bottom third or so of the pot, just to draw out all the stale water and put fresh food in there.

Awesome! Thank you so much. What timeframe should I expect them to be dry (or when should I be worried about bad water retention?). It’s about 70-79F and 50-65% humidity where I live depending on the day

I have an unrelated question tho. What should I have my ppm at for this stage of growth + one slightly bigger? I’m a newbie and don’t want to under/ over do it

When you use this method, do it every 3 days until it starts drying out faster, that is normally my cue to go to the next size pot.
I am not so much worried about water levels as oxygen. Oxygen moves very slowly through a pot, my method rips out all the depleted water on a regular schedule and get the roots to spread more evenly in the bag as all the good shit doesn;t end up around the sides and bottom..

Make yourself an empty pot of coco and water and dry it out a bit, then experiment with watering it once it goes a little too dry..... Like water it as much as you think you needed to, then pull it from the pot and see where the water went.... Mostly down the sides of the pot in the gap created by the shrinkage.

I used to do that, until I lost a plant byway of slipped grip on the pot.... Rolled over and washed away all the dirt.
It wasn't a true "loss" since I could've replanted her, but she wasn't strong anyway.

Rip, well hopefully I won’t do that this time. When you soaked them. Up to what point of the pot did you submerge? Should I go all in, or only half, 2/3??

I wouldn't try that with soil unless it was in one of those hanging basket jobbies to dry out.

I use a tub just larger than the pot or bags I need to dip. Dip weaker plants first then a stronger plant, then measure PPM of the solution before deciding to dip another. As they get bigger and can take stronger solution you can dip more plants before throwing out the tub and refilling it.

I would only dip the bottom third or so in a soggy bag or with a very weak plant. Otherwise dip it and let it stand for a minute or so before letting it drip dry.... I use old microwave racks to put my stuff on for drip drying.

I'd set them on the surface and let them float until the water line reached to the soil line
