Hi everyone Ramgoat here, I hope that while you read this your either medicated or indulging as you read, this fall cannabis becomes (partially) legal in this great place I call home.. Now unfortunately the legislation going into effect was not what I believe to be the best available model, but there are a lot of positives about what is to take place and like any laws if you understand them and the risks you should be fine. What are your thoughts on this? good? bad? or like some people I know maybe you could care less and will just continue to do whatever you already do.

i'm an american, but have traveled to canada many times. i try to keep informed enough to know the basics, anyway. seems like they're not giving you all a lot to me. there should be nationwide rules, to avoid confusion, but instead, each province gets to make their own rules, people are very limited in their options to grow, if they're allowed to at all, by their province. it seems like a half hearted effort without much thought put into it.

Thinking with their pockets. They say ok guys it's "legal" but you can only buy from us... Waste of everyone's time.

Because your Goverment wants you still to be a criminal, so they can still charge you with a fine. Besst in form of $$$.

They will tell you its important to have a way to identify "legal" weed from blackmarket or illegally homegrown.

How could they identify?
By a Genetical marker.

What does that mean for the people?
They only can.grow weed or own weed legally that is marked... that means.... you have to buy those seeds sold by them and their weed.

Who are they?
The contractors of your government, licensed to grow medical mj.
Monsanto Bayer and cooperatives and their doughter buisnesses for example.
Those with limitless money...those who dont want the small MAN to join that billion dollar buisness to feed their Children.
Those with lots of money, power and greed to make more money.

In my country Monsanto will most propably grow all medical mj.
So its clear they can stick their ditchbitch gmo strains up where no sun is shining.

Whatever they do here I always will grow my own and from the seed I choose and nobody will ever tell me what to grow and what not.
Fuck I am 45 and paying assloads of tax and who the fuck is anybody to tell me.what to do?!

So legalisation without regulation is the only way to go.

Rule 1:
1gram top notch weed = 1$ = dead blackmarkets.

Rule 2:
No plant count Limits. Grow as much as you want.

No other acceptable way is possible.
If they want to dictate you with regulations - FUCK EM! -
