Actually, yes he did it seems according to some in last night's debate.as a few candidates for the Dem's nomination attacked Biden for his association with policies implemented during Obama's time in the WH.

It seems that what Obama accomplished during his tenure as POTUS wasn't good enough for the supposed Progressives, or even criminal as far as the amount of deportations of illegal aliens
