Obama Bombs

Where are all the "I hate Bush people" at now?

When it is Obama dropping the bombs, they have some dumb ass excuses why it is ok...

HYPOCRITES.

The U.S. Government is made up of warmongers on both sides of the aisle. Only difference is the hypocrites who make up excuses for Obama. Obama is worse than Bush and Cheney combined. He LOVES war and LOVES being responsible for killing thousands upon thousands of people.

Can you reasonably explain to me how you can hate Bush and not hate Obama since Obama has done everything Bush has done + a lot more. Obama makes Bush look like a girlscout.
That is going to take an actual point. You mean bombing?

Bombing aside, Obama has been ten times the President that Bush ever was. History will judge one of them (Obama) well and acknowledge that the other (Bush the Lesser) was an idiot who sold out his country to his friends.

So you wanna argue about the bombings? You go first.

Funny stuff.
I see you are completely uninformed and no point in debating with you.

Yeah, it's difficult when people use facts, not the truthy stuff that the reactionary right prefer. Just back away from debate. You will only get burned.

How about a perspective from across the pond?
So you support the bombing of Syrian civilians in Obama's Wars?

Your classy response confirms what your first post insinuated. Not worth conversing with. Goodbye.
Giving up already? Did I violate some of the things you hold dear?

My classy response? Ha, this isn't your first time to politics therefore I must assume you are the low information guy. The guy who thinks Fox News is fair and balanced. They just report the news and let you do the analysis.

Simple. My dislike of Bush is not solely based on some bombs that he dropped. It also has to do with his complete incompetence as the POTUS. He was awful in just about every way, and history will appropriately view him as such. To be fair, I don't like Obama dropping bombs either., but he's been a far better president. In fact, I genuinely believe that had bush not been one of the worst POTUS's in U.S. history, Obama probably doesn't get elected when he did.

no. Is this the only issue of the election for you?
Pardon?
What does Obama have to do with the election? This has nothing to do with the election but the deafening silence coming from all those who protested Bush's Wars and now have nothing to say at all about Obama's Wars.

By the time Bush was out of office I thought we were ALL SICK to death of war and wanted change. Yet 8 years later we are deeper than ever in wars and instead of protesting them we are completely ignoring them..
I would like some of the "I HATE BUSH" people to explain their position of why it was terrible for Bush to be dropping bombs but it is perfectly fine that Obama is dropping bombs and have started wars in several more countries during his 8 years in office and those same antiwar protesters have all disappeared now.

I personally think in 50 years Bush will be considered a bad president, but not as terrible as people seem to think right now.
I believe Obama will be viewed about the same as now. Not bad but not great either. Being a person who thinks the party system is a joke, I just find it so hypocritical of all the anti "Bush's Wars" who were so vocal near the end of Bush's presidency, but have gone silent about Obama doing the same and worse.

Wtf? Do people really not understand a dynamic situation? Do they all think the rest of the world stands still? This is not the 60s! This is not the Reagan Revolution. Reagan would not have set foot into the RNC unless you brought him in in a wheelchair after Alsheimer's had set in.

Who started the klan is the least relevant shit I have ever seen.

Everett Dirksen facilitated the coalition that led to the passage of the Civil Rights Act. I know a great deal about him. I can confidentially say that he would have been neither welcome in today's Republican Party nor would he have been a member.

And guess what? Republican judges gave you Roe v Wade. Would they today?

Shit today is different in so many ways. The fact that so many Republicans keep coughing this stuff up just sounds like overcompensation for what they know to be the moral bankruptcy of their party.

Are things today in the region the same as they were when Bush invaded Iraq? Are they? Or is the situation very, very, very different partially on account of that invasion?

Ok, then let's talk about Obama bombs.

Obama is bombing and I absolutely hate those fucking drones. As a US citizen, I'm partially responsible for the civilian deaths caused by presidential orders. I voted for Obama in 2008 and again in 2012 knowing that Obama was going to continue to kill civilians in his ordered drone strikes. I guess I can move to Canada to clear my conscience but I'm not ready to become a hockey fan just yet.

My question to you was rhetorical in that back in 2012, there were a lot of other issues, not just the drone-inflicted civilian casualties in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Did I think Romney was some sort of pacifist who would shut off those strikes? Hell no, so the issue was a wash for me. The depredations by Republicans between 2000 and 2008, one action of which is the root cause of those drone strikes led me to choose a man who has been doing a lot of other really good things for this country. Also, the harm to it that a committed "trickle down" establishment Republican was promising to do to the people and economy of the US was a factor.

Today, Trump is talking about bringing back and exceeding the torture that Bush advocated. He's talking about carpet bombing areas of northern Iraq as though it is populated by raving hordes of anti american extremist semi-humans and targeting families of ISIS fighters. So, again, the choice of Hillary is not one that I prefer but I'll push the lever for her over that raving lunatic.

Gotcha.

Once again, I am not talking about elections or candidates. Just the fact that so many people (myself included) were sick of what was going on under Bush and now have been continued under Obama. Somehow a blind eye has been turned to what Obama is doing after all the criticism received by Bush. WE should be giving Obama just as much shit about this warmonger bullshit as WE gave to Bush.

Bombing children's hospitals by our government has to stop.
