Had a question, and this might be a stupid question to some of you but I'm 19 so just classify me as a whipper-snapper 
.... However, I have heard several stories about Oakland California, nicknamed Oaksterdam, and was curious if perhaps some of the more knowledgable folk 'round her might be able to shed some light on it?
I've watched on TV on a channle called G4, they were having a 420 special and I heard that in Oakland it is VERY easy to get a green card, that they actually have a Cannibus College, but the main thing that caught my attention, was that they said that herb there was legal, but not Federally legal? Meaning the local police don't bust you, but the FBI and DEA still do?...
Like I said, don't know much about those parts and was curious for some info
