NYCD Deformed Plant - Is this Normal? Should I Trash It?

This is NYCD that I started from a seed. As you can see from the pictures the plant leaves are severely deformed.

Is this normal? Will this work itself out or might this be a sign of more problems to come and I should trash the plant? Possibly bad genetics?

I'm not at all happy with the seed bank I purchased these beans from. Horrible germination.

I have had plants come back as well and be really good but in 3 weeks time if it doesnt do any better I would get rid of it cuz I personly wouldnt have the grow space and he might not as well and I would not spend more time on something that will take a long time to MABYE come back and be good when I could plant another seed and have it replace the growth of the deformed one in no time at all. I dont like to waste me time on things that are not worth the extra time and RO water + nutes money.:weed:
