i have bought some a&b for my white widow the only thing am not sure on is how often do i give them the plant food? every 1-2 or every 2-3 days?this is my first grow and am just unsure,comments really appreciated

I wouldn't feed more than once per week.
I actually feed mine once every other week during veg.. and the same for flowering.
last few weeks before harvest time, I cut off all nutrients to the plant.. so that the plant will use up all its nutrients that it has stored for future use.
If you feed any more than once per week.. eh, IMO.. your just asking for problems with the grow.

so when am not giving them nutes do i just give them a little water here and there when the soil starts to dry out?
