Nutrients... from start to finish, which are the best and where to start?

So there are a million different nutrients out there saying they are the best for your plants. I have read forum after forum, chat after chat and site after site, looking and asking, which nutrients do you personally believe are the best for your growing Marijuana plants? So far I have not come across a satisfying detailed answer, only small little sentence "facts" on the side of a marijuana growing page on Marijuana growing sites. Details, details, details. From germination process to harvesting time, from hand watering to hydroponic systems, Indica to Sativa, pot size to plant size, natural soil to custom made soil, as much as you can squeeze out. We would all love to know what hundred of thousands of members on Rollitup.org think, so let it all loose, and give everyone some feedback on this very debatable question. What are your personal nutrient choices for growing amazing Marijuana plants?

general organics has been awsome for me.I really want to try house and garden and canna. the Fox farm line up worked well for me but the general organics out did it

What type of general organics have you been using? You think you can explain all that to me a little more detailed please? Thanks.

I use fox farms grow big and a lil big bloom for veg and then tiger bloom abd the water solubles open sesame, beastie blooms, cha Ching for flower.. Works great for me.

I use the whole line up of " general organics" its made by general hydroponics. it is bio bloom bio bud booster cal+mag bio marine . its really gud shit. I always add in humboldt honey ad gravity with watever I use. it works hellllaaa gud

you really need to get your feet wet and find what works for you and your plants. i've used most of the big name brands and had great results from them all. my last few grows i used miracle gro fertilizers and for the price and the results that i got i will keep on using it. don't buy into the gimmicks and snake oil and you'll be alright.

I'm partial to Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro and Bloom...They're both pretty cheap, concentrated, and have a bunch of micronutrients already in the mix that your plant needs!

So Kevin, regular Miracle Grow worked very well for you? Is it an organic soil? I am going to try different things,I just dont want to bomb my first crop and have to start all over. What about nutrients in water? which worked the best for you?

i use miracle gro soil mix cut about 70/30 with perlite, my plants get straight tap water for the first few weeks until they start showing signs of needing to be fed. it's more of learning how to read your plants and their needs than it is reading directions off a bottle or box of nutrients.

just get simple grow and bloom nutrients, and maybe a PK booster.
dont get sucked into to buying an excessive amount of additives.

foxfarms grow big/tiger bloom are ok.
Dynagro is supposed to be good.

GH flora grow/micro/bloom is popular.

biobizz is popular for soil.

as far as additives, just get something that will boost P and K (0-X-X)

I have reed when using tap water for germination, or the first couple weeks on your plants, that you want to leave the tap water sitting out for at least 24 hours to let out all the bad chemicals. Anyone know if this is true, or just bad info? As far as planting your germinated seed in soil, what you pick as your soil of choice is what you are going to stick with the entire grow process? Same goes with you nutrients in the soil and water? If your plants do not like the nutrients you are giving them, can you change you nutrients along the way and see which ones work best without sacrificing the crop?

check out heavy 16 nutrient line. been using it for a few harvests now and im getting 2lbs/1000w hps. bomb diggity too. semi-expensive line of additives but they just came out with a nutrient enhancer called "prime" filled with ur sugars, organic castings, humic/fulvic acids (so no more bud candy, liquid karma, flor +, budswel, etc.)...basically minimizes what u need for addititives. I'm growing in coco, r/o, drain to waste.... i here decent things about fox farm, h&g, canna... but your nutrient line is gonna grow ur plant no matter what if u follow their schedule. get through a cycle with a product line based on your budget and then tweak little things here and there each life cycle...
