Nutrient waste disposal

Im using ibc 275 gallon for my rdwc system in a green house. It's going fairly well but it's getting close to my res change. I have a aquasauna well water rhino water filtration system

I have a separate connection so the filter can take out the nitrates, phosphates, and residual chemicals not absorbed by plants.

My question is do you think this will be enough so I can dump the water through my leach field.

I'd say that should go above and beyond what most folks will do. I feel that as long as your waste buffers through a drain field before it finds its way into a drainage system, it will be perfectly fine. The only real issue I wouldn't want to do is dump nutrients into a watershed-promotes algae blooms.

I use mine to water my yard

Thank you for all the info. The reason I'm going to such great lengths to remove nitrates, phosphates, and other things is because even after my leach system it'll go to the ground water. Everyone around me uses a well so I'm trying make sure my hobby isnt hurting them

You're not using toxins. It will be fine and good on you for thinking responsibly.

I think the important factor is using plant mass in the leach/drainage field to capture those nutes before they get into a watershed.
