Is schultz 10-15-10 plant food plus a good nute and if so will it be good for flowering or veg

It's ok. It's more of a bloom nute than veg. For Veg look for a higher first number.

I try to keep the npk under 10. my veg nutes are 5-1-1 and the flower nutes are 0-10-10. It works great and little or no risk of burning the plants. you need n and a little pk for veg, you need 0 n and more pk during flower. The higher npk values just make the nutes hotter and gives more chance to burn the plants. You can use just about anything if your carefull.
