Nutrient ppm levels ECx700 or ECx500???

I'm a little confused about which measurement people are talking about when they refer to the TDS in their reservoir. I am using the Bluelab Truncheon nutrient meter which shows the ppm in both EC x 500 and EC x 700, so I have two different ppm levels. No one ever seems to mention which one they are going by so does that mean that one is more commonly used than the other?

You are correct, most fail to mention which TDC reference they use, even some manufacturers feeding charts! All references to TDS should contain @.5 or @.7 or just state the EC direct to make life easier.
When I got a batch of AN Sensi A & B I had to literally dose a gallon of RO water and measure to know what scale they were using.

Any recommendations on what nutrient levels to use during the fowering cycle (either at 0.5 or at 0.7)? I've been trying to look this up but it usually doesn't say which measurement they are using.

BTW I'm using a flood table if that makes a difference, and I'm using tap water which comes out at about 500 ppm (ECx500).

I'm using Pure Blend pro bloom. This is my first hydro grow so I'm just the nutrients that the guy at the hydro store pawned off on me. I just realized it says "premium natural and organic plant food" which concerns me because I'm using H2O2 in my reservoir. Seems like I'm probably not using the best nutrients, have any suggestions? Also, the plants I'm growing are mostly bubba kush.

Thanks for the link. How would I keep my reservoir clean if I wasn't using H202? I have and airtone too, but if I go more than 4 days without adding H202 brown stuff starts growing in the water.

"H2O2 also kills any beneficial bacteria living in organic additives, so H2O2 is ok if you are not using a benificial bacteria additive. I dont know what else you are going to use. Check out Hygrozyme. If you will be using fungi additives, the H2O2 will kill it Like http://www.americanagritech.com/biologicals
but if the base blend is all your using H2O2 is fine. I like dutch Zone instead of h2o2 in mass quantities. Best thing to do though for sure, call the company.
