nutrient overload?

I have kushie kush 1-7-17 use weeks 1-6 and Big bud 0-1-3 use weeks 2-4. is this overload? not enough? and can I use both during weeks 2-4 or just big bud?

1-7-17 does not sound good for veg..
also, weeks 2-4? is that flowering weeks or what.. be more specific

obviously bloom. im using botanical pure blend for veg.
