The ph is 5.8 to 6.0. It's the second week of vegetation. 600 watts ebb and flow. Fan constantly circulate air. Some leaves are yellow and there is brown spots. Some plants are fine. I have been using canna Aqua vega b. The pineapple has more issues. What am I doing wrong. Thanks in advance.

hydro/ your ph should be about 5 no higher. could be the entire problem with your nutes. high ph will not allow the fertilizer to do its job locks them out. get this under control first before you mess with your nutes. if you don't see an improvement in 7 days or less. then its time for plant b. change the nutes. ph plays a major factor of plants health.

Nice flow n grow set up . I used them a few years ago. Grew white russian in them before as well.
what ec/ppm are you running? The guy above telling you 5 ph has his head up his ass your ph is fine.
I found GH flora Nova and jacks hyro both work better and are far more complete in the
flow n grow than the overpriced canna. Also what are your temperatures. how often are you flooding them
and have the roots hit the water at the bottom yet? Also why are u short filling the hydroton?

Wouldnt drop you ph to 5 but would drop it to 5.7 -5.9 to help with calcium uptake a bit or maybe you just need a little cal/mag. Canna is one of the few I havent used.

Looks like it could be a mg issue. What are your ppms and what are you feeding them? Your Ph is fine I would shoot for 5.8-6.0 in hydro.
