Nutrient help ( XNutrients + additives)

Hi, I was looking for a little guidance using all these bottles I have properly. Any other tips are more than welcome. Also, what is a decent pH to shoot for from start to finish if there is one that is acceptable for the whole grow?

Here is a list of what I have. XNutreints Grow/Bloom/Micro Nutrients/Amino Acids, Super Thrive, Dyna-Gro ProTect (silica) and Hygrozyme. What mix would you use for flower and veg ? My plants aren't so happy it seems, so I am looking for some help.

I do have a grow thread (with pictures), if it makes a difference.
