Nutrient burn or light burn?

My plants were perfect before I used a high pressure sodium light that was super hot and cooked my whole grow sight. Now I have a spider farmer light that is 350 w. I don't know if I have. I know for a fact that I had slight nutrient burn, but I don't know if this is just the result of the light cooking the plants for a day. Can somebody please help me?

Looks like nute burn to me, its mainly forming/starting on the tips of leaves. Light burn typically starts out as white spots all over the leaves for me and gradually worsens

Do you think I should flush? Or should I just monitor the plants
Should water until you get some run off then do a test of your PPMs/pH levels to be 100% sure. Then flushing afterwards isn't a bad idea.

Unless your using organic inputs, then you don't really have to worry about pH and can look at the PPM numbers and no need to really flush, unless you way over done it on organic inputs..

I use Gaia green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4
Are you top dressing any type of EWC/Recharge?
What's your medium? Promix or something else?
How much did of each did you premix?
When was the last and how much of each during your last top dress?

I run gaia greens often and I have noticed that it can make the soil a bit hot on N initially, especially if you add too much EWC etc..

The recommendations on the label are mainly for premixing soil and letting it cook a few weeks before adding a plant, only adding
microbes etc during this time..

I'm using mother earth soil at Gaias recommended feeding. But it was hot so I had to flush. I waited till I noticed the plants looking hungry to feed again but this time I just did 6 tablespoons per 5 gallon container and I add silica to the water once a week

Here's how I run GAIA..

Early veg phase, 4 weeks: amend 2tbsp of 100% All Purpose 4-4-4 per gallon of medium
eg. 2tbsp of 4-4-4 for a 1gallon container
Late veg phase if needed, 4 weeks: top dress 2tbsp of 100% All Purpose 4-4-4 per gallon of medium
eg. 2tbsp of 4-4-4 for a 1 gallon container

-transplant to a flowering size container, 2-10gal-

Early flower phase, 1 week before flipping 12/12: amend 3tbsp of 50% All Purpose 4-4-4 and 50% Power Bloom 2-8-4 per gallon of medium
eg. 8tbsp of 4-4-4 and 8tbsp of 2-8-4 for a 5gallon container
Mid flower phase, week 3 or 4 of flower: top dress 3tbsp of 25% All Purpose 4-4-4 and 75% Power Bloom 2-8-4 per gallon of medium
eg. 4tbsp of 4-4-4 and 12tbsp of 2-8-4 for a 5gallon container
Late flower phase (sativas): Sativa plants may need an additional week or more of growing time so you could do a light top dress 1/2tbsp of 100% Power Bloom 2-8-4 per gallon of medium. Depending on how heavy a feed the cultivar is...
eg. 10tbsp of 100% Power Bloom 2-8-4 for a 5gallon container

Additional supplements: Mycorrhizae, Epsom Salts (1tbsp every 2wks or so), Water soluble Gypsum (1tbsp every 2wks), Rock dust blends (2tbsp every 2wks), Diatomaceous..

Amending or top dressing in 4 week blocks made simple... The amount changes sometimes, all depends on the cultivar and how hungry she is or isn't..

What is your substrate? Details of your watering? Environment, specific lighting etc........

The more information you give us the more we can help you.
