Nutes

My plant is about 3 weeks from seed. Looking great, just transplanted into a 5G bucket of FFOF. My question being, should I start nutes before she tells me she's hungry? Don't wanna burn her.

No, wait a few weeks for sure. The FFOF from my understanding has some feed in it, and so you shouldn't need nutes for a couple weeks. When you do start I would start with half strength, and only give nutes every other watering. Also let them dry out enough between waterings so the roots get oxygen.

Thanks brother. I had her in Happy Frog before I put her in FFOF, so I'm assuming the nutes in FFOF will feed her some.

I've never used FFOF but thats my understanding from the guys that do. Just keep an eye on her and she will tell you what she needs.

3 week old in fresh 5 gal of FFOF will last 2-3 weeks before nutes are needed. If using FF nutes you can start big bloom in a week or so, very weak but productive product through entire grow. If you didn't use dolomite lime in soil mix have some epsom salt and/or cal-mag ready, from experience with FFOF cal or mag are the first deficiencies to show. Dolomite lime helps with it, if you are using filtered or reverse oz water you have to use cal-mag, but if using tap most tap has enough cal-mag in it to only have to add it every few weeks. Just keep an eye on them like you said.
