what are some good house held items i could use to help out my 7-8in plants to grow faster and be healthier??????????

Well.... if you are growing in soil you could build a worm farm and mix the worm castings into the soil. I've heard worm castings referred to as "black gold" suppose to work wonders with soil

so no nutes in any foods or drinks i could just pour into the soil or anything?
