Nutes every time or not

so far for my first grow ive been using nutrients every time i water. i have switched them to a 12/12 sched as of yesterday. what im wondering is should i be indeed giving the nutes every time i water? (hydroponic system) or shud i be giving plain water once in a while

With a hydro system every 2 weeks is good. For soil, you can feed them every 2 to 3 waterings.

Was under the assumption hydro system you fill mig resivior with a nutrient mix and left it for week or so and then flushed it an made another nutrient mix. How would you feed nuts then normal water throughout one week

i feed my plants nutes every time i water them, which could be once a day, once a week, either way i dont use plain water

Need to know what kind of system. But any hydro I have run needed nutrient from the beginning.

I think you can and should use nutes every watering according to the nutrient feeding directions. But remeber to let the soil dry out. I had 4 plants that did amazing. I had ffof and added a lot of cow manure to it and I was feeding them liquid ff nutes everytime I watered. They never suffered from over fert. and they came out nice and potent and FULL of thc trichomes.

o oops I just saw that you said its a hydro setup. i am clueless about hydro

maybe once a month for 6-8hrs i would run straight h20 but in hydro you have to provide all the nutes so yes 99% of the time your res will have nutes. i would suggest reading some hydro grow journals to determine what all you need and how strong to run it.
