IMO ; Plants in the wild will fruit much less than indoor grows because we allow it to have the full nutrition that it requires right ?
So If we only fed them water(I'm guessing which is quite similar to out in the wild) (If not please specify)
Would it still grow healthily? or just not as fruity?
Also, if anything I said is bullshit please point it out
Thank you

There is a thread lying around somewhere that deals with this subject, well it deals with the growing naturally and the other way (Lol, couldn't think of how to put it), I cant remember the threads name but the user was Guitarman, you should check it out, I found it interesting.

Not sure what you are asking actually. I'm not sure what "fruity" implies. Actually I do but I doubt that's what you are talking about.

Indoors you have a limited rooting volume and you fertilize to the plants capacity to utilize the food and water for your plant and container size.

Outdoors the plant's root systems have a much larger available space to grow, unlimited actually if you are in good soil. So they can stretch out and continue to feed on naturally available nutrients. In either case they need a nice full array of food and water at a reasonable pH.

Natural sun will blow artificial lighting out of the water every day, all day, unless you hit extreme temps and dry conditions.

Your statement (or question) "Plants in the wild will fruit much less than indoor grows because we allow it to have the full nutrition that it requires right ?" is not correct in my experience. My most mediocre outdoor plants will kick the shit out of any of my indoor plants weight-wise. Quality will vary, depending on the strain, but indoor flavor and maybe strength tends to be better indoor. Bud density and weight is better indoors.

Just my opinon.

the best tasting bud I've smoked to this day was grown outdoors. No indoor bud has come close to touching that flavor that I remember.

getting high is just an awesome side effect to smoking some great tasting bud, IMO. lol.

If you have an extra seed to play with, just do it. You will see how easy it is to keep a plant healthy at start and learn when a plant really gets hungry. If you are growing in soil that has time release nutes added, you may be able to go all the way to harvest with water only and do pretty good...more likely they will fade just a little bit too early. If you are in organic soil, they will go great for a good month, maybe two, and then start to fade out on you. Buds will taste very smooth, but you won't get the density and max trichome production. At least that was my experience.
