just discovered some nute burn on my leaves
just wondering how to get rid of this, i heard flushing works, but how do i do that with out the risk of it getting root rot, or overwatering?

Happens to all new growers it seems.

Flush with clean water, something you would drink. Use three times the amount of your soil and let it drip through to waste. Dont water for a few days and let it dry out. You would over water or get rotten roots if you never let it dry out.

so just basically water the crap out of it all at once, and let it sit?
doesnt the roots need oxygen?
what if the soil doesnt dry fast enough?

Yea man just water it three times the size of pot(eg. 8 gal pot 24 gal of water it should need watering again in about 3-4 days and as for oxygen its called h2o for a reason...lol you'll be fine man let us know how it goes

We are assuming you have holes on the bottom of the container.
That will provide as much oxygen as you will need.

ya the holes will let the overflow of water drain out the pot so there should be no worry of root rot unless you have no holes
