Nute burn?

Whats happenin guys, i've been lookin around for a couple hours now and i think this is nute burn, but im not 100% sure... anyone have any ideas?

I think it might be from the water on your leaves, from the pic i can see some of the other leaves have water on them and that will cause spots like that because it acts like a magnifying glass and will burn your leaves. What kind of light are you using because with MH and HPS it would definately cause burns on the leaves if water droplets were on them. Nute burn is usually darker red/brown and does some damage on the edge of the leaves as well.

I'm using 27watt 6500k CFL's, the "burns" are mainly on the edges, but this was the leaf that got it the worst. I just started to foliar feed last night, and the "burns" have been around like the past week, and are just now getting worse. They got their 1st set of nutes about 6 days ago.

Anyone have any idea if this is nute burn, Today is watering day with their 2nd set of nutes, so id rather not use them, or give them a lesser dose if it is lol.
