Nute burn or something else?

C99 strain, about 4 weeks old. 600 w hps, 1 gal fabric coco, DG ProTekt, FP, and Cal mag. I couldn't see any signs of bugs with a 30x loop. I flushed with 2 gal 300ppm at 5.8 ph after taking these pics and the runnoff of the first gallon was 880ppm.

no need to measure run-off, that is just water that ran past the dirt and picked up all kinds of stuff,not a true reading, it looks like burn, also, FP has plenty of cal/mag and Nitrogen, no need to add that, it will throw the numbers off.
