Nute burn help

Hi all
I got some cuttings off a mate, I think they were a couple of weeks old at the time and in good shape. I have had them about 10 days, been vegging them. I was planning on putting them to flower in a week. They are quite small, 12 ish inches, but that's because space is limited. I'm doing a vert type thing.

Anyway, noticed a wee bit of yellowy/brown tips and spots, not a huge amount, maybe on a couple of leaves a plant. Reading around and looking at pictures I'm pretty sure it is nute burn. I am using miracle grow general purpose soil and I have been adding Canna veg nutes. I realise now that the MG has nutes and this combo was probably too much:dunce:.
I've read about flushing and such, but I'm reluctant to do this unless I *really* have to as they are in situ and have started to grow through a screen. The rest of the plants look green and healthy. So if I just switch to plain water now,put them to 12/12, wait a few weeks and then sparingly add flower nutes, what do you think my chances are?

Still figuring out how to clean pictures up.

Thanks in advance

Just switch to the plain water. You should be fine. Let them recover though before you put them in flower.
