Nute burn continuing after transplant.

I think the soil my friends seedlings were in was too hot, and they experienced some nute burn. The lower leafs yellowed and fell off. They were transplanted into seedling soil (absolutely no nutes) but the yellowing is continuing. Its been two days and the yellowing is progressing up the plant. There was a little bit of the old soil on the roots when they were tansplanted but most of it washed out. How long untill improvements show?

2 weeks old. Switched from MG soil to seedling soil. The roots were too fragile to get all the soil out.

sounds to me like you tryed to get soil off before transplant
you should have just flushed the old soil
the less distrubens of the root ball the better
if the seedds where nothing special
and you have more seed
iwould start over,
new seedling will be much futher ahead than your burn ,root distrrube girls
