Don't count on it. They also just announced they have a new generation of hypersonic missiles with mirv capability.
But you could say the same thing about our arsenal. Many of our land based missiles are 40 years old (minuteman 3 first deployed in 1970). Even the sub based tridents were first deployed in 1990.
Yes, they are old, but they still fly and will go boomba when needed.
It's widely assumed north korea got it's engines from old stock in russia, and they still fly.

my years in the Air Force and seeing first hand our capabilities lets me know we would and can knock Russia back to the cave ages, but we are aware that they have nukes and will use.
Russia copies what America has already built. Our F22 vs Russia T-50 shows our air dominance. The raptor is faster, stealthier, carries more AIM missiles. and owns in the Beyond Visual Range (BVR). Meaning you can't dog fight if you are hit before the visual (WVR), in which the raptor has ownage. Oh let us not forget how many T-50 the Russian actually have in production vs our F-22 or F35.
