NSH w/ my leaves wilting in the middle of the day

Ive had this problem for awhile , In veg the leaves are wilting sometimes worse than other days but its a problem I dont like and if anyone could help I would appreciate it
SPECS
1000 hps, Im in DWC using water farm buckets w/ rockwool with black lids some in 3 in pots some in 5 in pots I use pura vida nutes parts are 350-380 ph is 5.9 to 6.2 the rooms never gets warmer than 73, my humidity is slightly low it ranges from 30- 37, I cant quite get my finger wrapped around this one so if anyone can help I like I said before would deeply appreciate it ,

I also need some help in the way of l.e.d's I have an outdoors sign built from signtronix it has about 5000 l.e.d's in it its a 10 amp board it has has 3 colors red yellow and blue
