hi,
i'm looking for a 75-25 head and body sativa dominant strain.
it's my first grow and i'm planing to go organic with a 1x1x2 tent and 600hps lamp (with a cool tube).
not looking for a very potent one rather than a very clear high and an easy first grow, these are my final 4:

Dutch Passion-Dolce Vita
Soma Seeds-nycd (fuckin expensive though)
World of Seeds- Amnesia
Paradise-Jacky White

didn't find a lot of info about any of those beside the nycd- if you have something to say about the seed company please do.

My first grow i also chose a Sativa dominant strain... long story short one of my plant's ended up 6ft tall and the other was damn near 5 feet ( Should've used better LST etc..) but since then I decided indoors for me= Indica. Shorter bushier than the Sativas. know you prolly have your mind made up already just wanted to give you some first hand exp.

Hmm I would look at something like Subcools Jack the ripper. An 8 week sativa that has great reviews .

The Jacky White is a good stocky plant,but the high may not be what you're looking for,he can get quite powerful.Not a fussy plant to grow either.

These two might be a bit more sativa than you have in mind but I would still say they would be good options.

Serious Seeds, Kali Mist:

Location: indoor, outdoor, greenhouse; Type: mostly sativa; Flowering: ~80 days; No feminized seeds.
Known Phenotypes: » new » none up to now (homogenous??)
Indoor clone grow time: 1-5 days
Indoor flowering period: 70-90 days
Indoor yield: 300-500 g/m²
Harvest Date Outdoor: middle - end of November

Arguably the top sativa strain available today. With 90% sativa genetices, Kali Mist grows into tall, running, classically sativa plants with very few leaves. This strain produces dense clusters of full fluffy buds, producing much higher yields than you would expect. The plant structure and few leaves allow the light to pass all the way to lower branches, allowing bottom buds to develop fully. When planted outside early in the year this plant can grow very tall. Expect spiraling flowers with a high resin content and a delightfully spicy scent.

Kali Mist is often the choice of experts for their own stash grows. Also, particularly women seem to like this strain, next to the sheer pleasure of smoking it, we received several reports that it works great against menstrual cramps.

We are proud to announce that Kali Mist was improved in 2000 to produce bigger yields. In Spain it proved to be very mold resistent, even outside during bad weather. This strain has flavor and subtle cerebral effect that gave it a Cannabis Cup first prize in 1995 (Hydro Cup) and again (with this new and improved version) in 2000 (Seed Company Sativa Cup)! Without a doubt the choice for connoisseur stash. Gives a very strong, clear and energizing High.

And:

Sagarmatha Seeds, Western Winds

Location: indoor, outdoor; Type: mostly sativa; Flowering: ~73 days; No feminized seeds.
Known Phenotypes: » new » none up to now (homogenous??)
Cannabis-seed for indoor and outdoor cultivation.
3. place Winner at Cannabis Cup 1999

An almost pure Sativa with a soaring, cerebral high. Also a Cannabis Cup award winner with the Haze taste and high. Western Winds has been used in several breeding combinations for Sagarmatha, creating many champion varieties. A favorite amongst Rastas who wish to have a high energy buzz. Fantastic for conversation or romance with its relaxing and invigorating qualities. She has a unique Oriental aroma and spiritual atmosphere. Whether smoked in the morning or everning, the experience is always rewarding and pleasurable. Much of the staff at Sagarmatha states that Western Winds is their nug of choice.

So put Western Winds in your sail and ride the high tide.

* Type: mostly Sativa
* Vegetate until: 4 - 7 internodes
* Flowering time: 70 - 75 days
* Average height: 1.2 - 1.5 meters
* Yield: 300 - 350 grams / m² (dried, indoor)
* High: soaring, cerebral
* Taste: very sweet

dj shots blueberry x haze... amaizing genetics. using scrog method u could get 1/4 pound from a 3 foot plant in 3 square foot. vertical grow , i would say dp shiva shanti gives fat skunky colas , take small horisontal room for sog . kali mist sounds awsome.

I was going to grow some nycd but my cats knocked the tray of germinating seeds off the counter and they dried out before i got to them. I can tell you www.sanniesshop.com has nycd seeds cheap. Actually now that I think of it sannie has quite a few sativa and sativa dominant hybrids you might check out. He has some hazes, jack herer,lady cane, etc... You can buy 2-4 packs for the price of one pack of seeds at another bank.

How about G13 Haze? Reeferman made it and it is very good and Barneys Farm won three different Cups with it.

3-times Cupwinner!

1. Place, HTCC [2007]; Cannabis Cup; by: Barney´s
2. Place, HTCC [2006]; Cannabis Cup; by: Barney´s
2. Place, IC420 [2006]; Cannabis Cup; by: Barneys

Location:
indoor, outdoor;
Type: mostly sativa;
Flowering:
~74 days; Normal or female seeds.
Known Phenotypes: » new »
none up to now (homogenous??)

The G13 legends lives on in this with this remarkable G13 hybrid developed from the world famous G13 and a Hawaiian sativa strain. It stays short for a mostly sativa strain, and has extraordinary density of flower structure with heavy resin production ideal for SCROG and sea of green set ups.

The effect is cerebral yet powerful with a taste of fruit and spice.

Genetics: G13 / Hawaiian sativa
Harvest Date: mid-October
Indoor: 10-11 Wochen
THC: 20%
CBD: 0.7%

$120.00 at Hemp Depot for Reeferman's seeds (10 regular seeds).

Barneys Farm from Attitude: 5-pack feminized beans $78.88 ($142.98 for 10-feminized beans) or $87.10 for 10 regular beans.

I would have to know more about your setup and what limitations you may have but for myself I like to top a sativa or something that is predominantly sativa once or twice and spread out some of that growth energy over a broader area and keep them a bit shorter that way and then not veg very long. That doesn't turn them into dwarfs or anything but it helps.

But in your case it would really depend on what you have to work with as to what might be best.
